We ship throughout Canada, with free shipping for orders over $95. We offer discounted shipping rates for smaller orders. Expedited shipping is generally available, except for very heavy, bulky items (hot tub covers) or to areas where that service is not available.

-We offer faster shipping options. Choose the less expensive/free standard shipping or expedited shipping at checkout.
For standard shipping, assume a 4-7 business day transit time. Expedited shipping is usually 3-4 days or 2-3 days, depending on the service you choose at check out. Please call us if you need overnight shipping. Shipping costs will vary based on the quantity/size/weight of goods and your location. We get discount shipping rates and pass the savings on to you! Please note that all delivery estimates are for business days. We are not responsible for delays due to bad weather, postal strikes, holidays, acts of god or traffic conditions. Orders placed late in the day will be processed the following day. Air ship options are not available for chemicals or hazardous items (bromine, chlorine, etc.).
Occasionally, we may need to ship your order in multiple packages. Chemicals, large or bulky items (pumps, hot tub covers), may need to be packaged separately. Your shipping costs will not change when we split ship– even if you have free shipping. We will determine the best way to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible. If we ship in multiple boxes, it will never change your shipping charges or method.
Tracking
Your shipping confirmation email will contain information about your carrier, tracking number and type of service/number of packages. If you created an account before placing your order, then you will be able to log in and see your order status and tracking number at any time. In order to see the current status/location of your package, you will need to log into the courier website. Enter your tracking number into their system:

Missing Mail
The location of almost all shipments can be found by putting the tracking number into the carrier tracker. On rare occasions, a package can go missing. We do not have any additional information above what you see on the carrier’s website. Please allow adequate time for your package to arrive before filing a claim. If a missing mail search request is submitted, the package is often located and delivered within a few days. If your package cannot be found, we will reship your item and file an insurance claim. Should the original item be delivered eventually, you will need to notify us so one of the 2 packages can be returned to our warehouse. If you receive 2 shipments and do not return one, you will be responsible for the cost of both.
If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local carrier for assistance. Oftentimes the package is at the post office or the delivery driver can review video/logs to find out what happened to your package. Items that are marked as delivered by the carrier cannot be considered missing packages.
